Freund Beckstein fordert, man müsse Flugzeuge über dem Regierungsviertel mit Raketen abschießen.

Scotland Yard präsentiert schnell und zuverlässig zahlreiche Aufnahmen von Terroristen und solchen, die welche sein könnten. Da man von Terroristen vorher nur in den seltensten Fällen weiß, dass es welche sind, ist davon auszugehen, dass derartige Aufnahmen von jedem existier(t)en, der mal mit Lodons Subway gefahren ist.

Und es stellt sich heraus, dass der erschoßene Verdächtige keineswegs ein Terrorist war. Augenzeugenbericht: (via telepolis, BBC).

He looked absolutely petrified and then he sort of tripped, but they were hotly pursuing him, [they] couldn’t have been any more than two or three feet behind him at this time and he half tripped and was half pushed to the floor and the policeman nearest to me had the black automatic pistol in his left hand. He held it down to the guy and unloaded five shots into him.“

Bei allem Verständnis für notwendige und wichtige Sicherheitsmaßnahmen – vielleicht sollte noch einmal über die Bedeutung des Wortes „Anti – Terrormaßnahmen“ nachgedacht werden…
